Versitech LLC., dba DNERO ("DNERO," "we," "us" or "our") is committed to respecting the privacy rights and concerns of all users of our websites and mobile application where this Privacy Policy is posted (the "Sites"), the mobile app and other websites we distribute (the "Apps" and collectively with the Sites and the services made available through the Apps and the Sites, the "DNERO Features"). As such, we have established and implemented this Privacy Policy to inform visitors and users of the DNERO Features how we use and protect the information we collect through the Service. By visiting the Sites or using the DNERO Features, you consent to DNERO’s collection, use, storage, deletion and disclosure of information relating to you as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date set forth above and is only applicable to the Apps and the Sites and not to any other website or social network service (including, without limitation, "Facebook" and “LinkedIn” or any other mobile software applications or websites (including, without limitation, “Google" and “Yahoo”, ) that you may be able to access from, or interact with, the DNERO Features and which websites or applications may have their own data collection and use practices and policies. This policy answers the following questions:

• What information do we collect about you and how do we use it?
• Will we share your personal information with third parties?
• What choices do you have about the collection and use of your personal information?
• What security measures do we take to safeguard your personal information?

In this Privacy Policy the terms used herein shall have the meanings specified in the Terms of Service (available at https://www.DNEROapp.com/privacy-policy). Additional definitions are also provided in this Privacy Policy.

2. Your Personal Information


As used in this Policy, the term "Personal Information" means information that specifically identifies an individual (such as a name, user name or email address), or information about that individual that is directly linked to information that specifically identifies an individual. Personal Information does not include "aggregate" information, which is data we collect about the use of the Service or about a group or category of services or users, from which individual identities or other Personal Information has been removed. This Policy in no way restricts or limits our collection and use of aggregate information.

3. Your Consent


By registering a DNERO Account and accessing the DNERO Platform from your Device, you consent to the collection and use of your Personal Information as we have outlined in this Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. You unconditionally consent to DNERO’s collection and processing of your Personal Information as specified in this Privacy Policy (and as amended from time to time) by allowing the DNERO Platform to access your Facebook Social Network account

4. Age Restrictions


Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use DNERO Services, and we do not intentionally collect or maintain Personal Information from persons who are under the age of 13. By using DNERO Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are between 13 and 17 years of age and have a parent’s or guardian’s permission to use DNERO Services. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected Personal Information from a person under the age of 13 or a person between 13 and 17 years of age who does not have a parent’s or a guardian’s consent to use DNERO Services, we will take steps to remove that person’s Personal Information permanently from our databases.

5. Collection Of Your Personal Information


As used in this Policy, the term "Personal Information" means information that specifically identifies an individual (such as a name, user name or email address), or information about that individual that is directly linked to information that specifically identifies an individual. Personal Information does not include "aggregate" information, which is data we collect about the use of the Service or about a group or category of services or users, from which individual identities or other Personal Information has been removed. 6. Ways We Collect Your Information


Active Collection: We collect information from you in various ways when you use the Service and App. For example, we collect information: (i) that you voluntarily provide to us (such as when you send us an email or create a DNERO account); and (ii) to which you provide us access. Such information may include Personal Information, such as your name, email address, social network data, other account data, and financial information. Personal and demographic information may also be collected if you provide such information in connection with posting data, providing access to your online groups and other activities in connection with the Service.

Passive Collection: When you use the Service, some information is also automatically collected. For example, we may automatically collect certain information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, unique device identifier (UDID), your mobile number, your device model and name, your operating system, your browser type, your preferred language, and your activity on the Service. We may also automatically collect certain logistical information in server logs, including information about how you use various features of our service and information about the number, frequency and length of each session. We treat this information as Personal Information if we combine it with or link it to any of the identifying information mentioned above. Otherwise, this information is used in the aggregate only.

We may also automatically collect certain information through the use of "cookies" when you use the Service. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive at the request of a website. Among other things, cookies help us to improve the Service and your experience. If we link cookies to any Personal Information, we will treat this information as Personal Information. However, if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services made available via the Service.

The use of cookies by our partners, affiliates, tracking utility company, or Service Providers (as defined below) is not covered by this Policy.

We may use Web beacons or similar technology on the Service and in our App. We may link the information gathered by clear gifs to your Personal Information. Web beacons are small, invisible graphic images that may be used on the Service or in emails relating to the Service to collect certain information and monitor user activity on the Service, such as to count visits, understand usage effectiveness and to tell if an email has been opened and acted upon.

Personal Information will be stored on secured servers, and we may store and process Personal Information in the United States and other countries.

7. Use Of Information We Collect

We use Personal Information collected through the Service and App for the purposes described in this Policy or elsewhere on the Service or in the App. For example, we may use Personal Information we collect:

• to process and complete any transactions in connection with the Service and App;

• to request feedback and to otherwise contact you about your use of the Service and App;

• to respond to your emails, questions, comments, requests and complaints, and to provide customer service;

• to monitor and analyze Service and App usage and trends;

• to personalize and improve the Service or App, and our users' experiences with the Service and App (such as providing content or features that match interests), and to increase the Service's or App's functionality and user friendliness;

• to send you confirmations, updates, security alerts, additional information about our products and services and support and administrative messages, and otherwise facilitate your use of, and our administration and operation of, the Service or App;

• to notify you about important changes to the Service and App; and

• For any other purpose for which the information was collected.

• The Service includes social media features, such as the Facebook Like button and widgets, the Share this button, and interactive mini-programs that run within the App. These features may collect your IP address, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third-party or hosted directly on the App. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing them.

8. Information We Share With Others

We will not knowingly share the Personal Information we collect from you through the Service or App with third-parties, except as described in this Policy or on the Service or App. For example, we may share Personal Information as follows:

• with vendors, consultants, and other service providers (such as a credit card processing company to bill you for the Service and an email service provider to send out emails on our behalf) ("Service Providers") who are engaged by or working with us in connection with the operation of the Service and who need access to such information to carry out their work for us;

• When we believe in good faith that we are lawfully authorized or required to do so or that doing so is reasonably necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of DNERO, our users, our employees, copyright owners, third-parties or the public including, but not limited to, protecting DNERO or our users from fraudulent, abusive, inappropriate, or unlawful use of the Service or App;
• to enforce or apply this Policy, the App Terms and Conditions, or our other policies or agreements; and

• In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition, or in any other situation where Personal Information may be disclosed or transferred as one of the business assets of DNERO.

You acknowledge and agree that your Personal Information may be disclosed or transferred as one of the business assets of DNERO.

You understand that when you use the Service, information you provide via the Service, information you grant access to by using the Service, as well as any information you share with individuals through the Service, will be available to other users and in some cases may be made publicly available.

We are not responsible for the actions of Service Providers or other third-parties, nor are we responsible for any additional information you provide directly to any other users or third-parties, and we encourage you to become familiar with third-party privacy practices before disclosing information directly to any such third-parties. Nothing herein restricts the sharing of aggregated or anonymous information, which may be shared with third-parties without your consent.

9. Your Location

If the settings on your Device allow us to receive location information, DNERO will collect that information in order to provide you with a more geographically targeted experience of DNERO Services and provide you with nearby offers, Merchant information, etc.

10. Links to Other Websites


The Service may contain links to other websites. Any personally identifiable information you provide on the linked pages is provided directly to that third-party and is subject to that third-party's privacy policy. This Policy does not apply to such linked websites, and we are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of these websites or any other websites that are linked to/from the Service. We encourage you to learn about their privacy and security practices and policies before providing them with personally identifiable information.

11. Ability Of Others to View Your Information


When you register a DNERO Account using a Social Network, including but not limited to Facebook and LinkedIn, your Social Network friends may be notified of your use of DNERO Services. Your Social Network friends with DNERO accounts will then be able to give you electronic gift cards provided by various Merchants. You may also be able to give electronic gift cards provided by various Merchants to your Social Network friends.

It is up to you to make sure that you are comfortable with the information that you choose to provide to DNERO and the information you choose to publish either directly on the DNERO Platform or through your Social Network, which is connected to the DNERO Platform.

You acknowledge that when you use DNERO Services, certain information that you post or provide through the DNERO Platform (such as your name, profile, comments, collections and reviews,) may be shared with other users and posted on publicly available portions of the DNERO Platform, including, without limitation, social media applications and other public mediums in which you choose to participate. Please keep in mind that if you choose to disclose Personal Information when posting comments or other information or content through the DNERO Platform, this information may become publicly available and may be collected and used by others, including people outside the DNERO Platform. We will not have any obligations with respect to any information that you post via the DNERO Platform and make available to others, and recommend that you use caution when giving out Personal Information to others through Social Networks.

12. Security of Collected Information


DNERO is committed to protecting the security of your Personal Information. We will take appropriate technical and organizational measures with due observance of the applicable obligations under relevant legislation to protect provided or otherwise collected Personal Information and traffic data. We use a variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures to help protect your Personal Information from unauthorized or unlawful access, use or disclosure and accidental loss, destruction and damage. Even though DNERO has taken significant steps to protect your Personal Information, no company, including ours, can fully eliminate security risks associated with Personal Information.

13. Inviting Others to Use DNERO


If you choose to use our invitation service to tell a friend about the DNERO Features, we will ask you for information needed to send the invitation, such as your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend an email or instant message inviting him or her to visit the Site(s) or download an App. We may, from time to time, continue to send messages to your friend as a reminder of your invitation. If your friend has not registered with the Sites or the Apps after we have contacted them on 2 occasions, we will stop sending your friend messages and will delete his or her information. Children’s Privacy We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We take children’s privacy seriously, and encourage parents to play an active role in their children’s online experience at all times.

14. Advertising


We partner with a third-party ad network to display advertising within our App. Our ad network partner uses Web beacons and log files to collect non-Personal Information about your activities on our App to provide you with targeted advertising based upon your interests. If you wish to not have this information used for the purpose of serving you targeted ads, you may opt-out by emailing us at PrivacyPolicy@dneroapp.com.com Please note this does not opt you out of being served advertising. You will continue to receive generic ads.

15. Access to, Rectifying and Deleting Your Personal Information

You are entitled, once a year, to request information from DNERO about the Personal Information relating to you, which is being processed by DNERO, and to request, where relevant, that such Personal Information is rectified by sending a notice to DNERO at the following address:

DNERO will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate a request to delete Personal Information, unless such data is required to be retained pursuant to applicable laws, or for lawful business purposes, or to protect and defend DNERO’s rights, property or interests, or to fight against fraud, or to enforce our policies (including this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service).

You may also, at any time, ask us to discontinue processing your Personal Information for direct marketing purposes by notifying us at the address above that you would like us to stop sending you promotional communications.
